Sunday School News

We are PLEASED to announce the introduction of Faith FACTORY. This is the UPDATED Sunday School program for preschool to 12th grade youth. We are working very hard to provide a fun and creative learning environment for your children focusing, most importantly, on the word of God. The PreK group (ages 3-5) is new – so give us some time to get the kinks worked out! We’re also working on improving our JH / HS class.

Our curriculum comes from a resource called Live B.I.G.; Hear, See, and Live Your Belief in God. The three “B.I.G.” ideas from the program are:

1.       God is a great BIG God! – God is always with us, and we can trust God. We praise and worship God.

2.       God loves us with a great BIG love! – God loves us unconditionally, and God changes us through God’s love. We can love God and follow Jesus because he shows us how much God loves us.

3.       We are part of God’s great BIG world! – God is the Creator of this awesome world, and we can care for God’s creation. We belong in the faith community and can show God’s love to others.

The lessons will involve scripture study as well as drama, music, arts and crafts, and even some food! We have a wonderful group of dedicated teachers that are ready and willing to spread the word to your child. If you would like to join us in our efforts, contact Lori Jensen at 842-5175. We’d love to have you on the team!
